I'm rather entranced by this book review by Robin Sloan. Writing about Ellen Ullman's Close to the Machine: Technophilia and its Discontents, he has created an interactive Javascript console - you elicit the review by entering the commands he prompts you with in a video. It is clever and charming and simple and best of all, makes you feel - even if you've never done anything like this before - like you're doing something well. It's a lesson for all participatory projects.
