Hopscotch

So, Micah Walter of the Cooper Hewitt recently made this lovely thing

And then Aaron Straup Cope, also of the Cooper  Hewitt, tweeted this wonderful thing

And the combination made me think of this terrific poem by Hera Lindsay Bird, which includes the lines

The most beautiful love poem of all time is what scissors feel like to the hair. The most beautiful love poem of all time is what astronauts feel like to the moon. The most beautiful love poem of all time is what sheep feel like to themselves.

And all of that, somehow, led me to making a DigitalNZ set about cranes.
